While I.C.E. Medical Rescue is run on sound financial and business principals we aim through innovation to meet the needs of the those destitute patients to whom we are dispatched as well. Many times we will only be able to cover the outright costs of a service we deliver while at other times the company will end up incurring a loss never the less we still firmly believe that no true emergency should ever be turned away. This belief underpins the substance of our company’s character and guides us in everything we do.
To this point I.C.E. Medical Rescue has witnessed the evolution of a brand which is growing solid roots deeply into the trust of our clients, our community and their circles of influence evidence of this is reflected in I.C.E. Medical Rescue being voted the Zululand Observer best Ambulance Service for six years running.

Proudly Level 1 BBBEE means truly BBBEE not just in name but in nature, the development of the company has been a long and slow process of building brick by brick with a focus on building wealth from the ground up not relying on pre-existent Black owned wealth to generate more simply black owned wealth as is the case in some many companies in the BBBEE space.
