Having worked in a number of environments including leading state governed and privately managed emergency services, Vinseh gained knowledge backed by experience while also developing a deep seated disillusionment with the overall quality of emergency care services these premium brands offered.

Large corporate machinery provides firm foundations however that machinery also causes the same corporations to become risk averse sluggish in response to prevailing emergency situations, sluggish responses cost precious lives.

FORWARD THINKING

Disillusionment turned to discontent, a discontent which proved to be the labour pains in birth of (I.C.E. Medical Rescue) In Case of Emergency Medical Rescue, a privately owned emergency service with a conscience.

Established in 2009, I.C.E. Medical Rescue has progressively grown from a small two vehicle emergency service predominantly serving only the local community, into a world class emergency medical services brand, serving both industry and the greater Zululand communities.
